The recognition highlights the company’s international reach and its contribution to the country’s manufacturing sector.

The award ceremony, held at the Westin Camino Real in Guatemala City, recognized three companies for their performance in different export categories. Alongside Fogel, Plantaciones Nahualate and Sistemas Aplicativos, S.A. (SISAP) received awards for their respective sectors.

Fogel’s International Reach and Manufacturing Operations

Its product portfolio includes more than 200 refrigerator models. The company has also incorporated automation, accredited laboratories, natural refrigerants, and energy-efficient technology into its manufacturing operations, supporting the international expansion of its Guatemalan-developed solutions.

Three Companies Recognized Across Guatemala’s Export Sectors

The 2026 awards recognized companies across three categories. Fogel received the award for Manufacturing, Apparel and Textiles, while Plantaciones Nahualate was recognized in Agriculture, Aquaculture and Fishing.

SISAP received the award in Services and Contact Center & BPO. The cybersecurity company provides services in 12 countries and operates three Security Operations Centers (SOCs), offering around-the-clock monitoring and response capabilities.
