Zeta Gas Celebrates a Decade of Partnership With Teletón Guatemala
Zeta Gas donated Q400,000 to Teletón Guatemala 2026, celebrating 10 years of support for Fundabiem and reaffirming its commitment to rehabilitation services and community well-being.
Zeta Gas reaffirmed its commitment to social impact by contributing Q400,000 to Teletón Guatemala 2026, marking a decade of continuous support for the annual fundraising initiative. This year's campaign also commemorated the 40th anniversary of Teletón Guatemala, which has spent four decades providing comprehensive rehabilitation services to people with disabilities across the country.
The donation was presented during the Teletón event held on July 17 and 18, reinforcing the company's long-standing partnership with Fundabiem and its commitment to improving the well-being of Guatemalan families.
A Decade of Partnership Supporting Rehabilitation Services

The latest contribution adds to ten consecutive years of collaboration between Zeta Gas, Teletón Guatemala, and Fundabiem, reflecting a partnership built on solidarity, empathy, and community engagement.
Kevin Villacinda, Marketing Manager at Grupo Zeta Gas, said the company views initiatives like Teletón as an opportunity to contribute to Guatemala's development.
"At Zeta Gas, we believe that supporting initiatives that create well-being and transform lives is one way to contribute to Guatemala's development. We are proud to have been part of Teletón for the past 10 years and to continue helping more people gain access to rehabilitation services that improve their quality of life," Villacinda said.
Donation Will Support Fundabiem's Rehabilitation Network
The Q400,000 donation will contribute to Fundabiem's work through its network of 19 rehabilitation centers across Guatemala, where thousands of people receive specialized care and rehabilitation therapies.
Over the past 40 years, the combined efforts of Teletón Guatemala, Fundabiem, corporate partners, and individual donors have benefited more than 900,000 people, strengthening rehabilitation programs, specialized therapies, and services that positively impact individuals and their families.

Employee Volunteers Strengthen Community Engagement
Beyond its financial contribution, Zeta Gas has also supported the initiative through employee volunteer activities.
During July, members of the company's team visited Fundabiem, where they spent time with beneficiaries and participated in activities alongside the organization. These volunteer efforts reflect the company's commitment to building meaningful relationships with the communities it supports.
Jennifer Barrera, Planning and Strategy Manager at Grupo Zeta Gas, emphasized that the company's commitment extends beyond donations.
"Our commitment at Zeta Gas goes beyond a financial contribution because we believe solidarity is also a way of keeping the flame of hope alive and transforming lives. Today, we renew our commitment to continue supporting Fundabiem and Teletón Guatemala," Barrera said.
Reinforcing a Long-Term Commitment to Guatemalan Communities
Through its participation in Teletón Guatemala 2026, Zeta Gas continues to support initiatives that promote inclusion, expand opportunities, and improve access to rehabilitation services for thousands of families.
As the company marks ten years of collaboration with Teletón Guatemala, it reinforces its purpose of remaining close to the communities it serves while contributing to programs that generate lasting social impact across the country.
