ÍNTEGRO has earned recognition in Merco’s corporate reputation rankings in Guatemala, placing second in the construction and real estate sector, 59th among the country’s top 100 companies and 41st in the ESG Responsibility ranking. Two of the company’s leaders were also included among the 100 business figures with the strongest reputations in the country.

ÍNTEGRO Earns Recognition in Corporate Reputation and ESG

In the latest edition of Merco, one of Ibero-America’s recognized corporate reputation monitors, ÍNTEGRO secured positions in both the national company ranking and its industry category.

The company ranked second in the Construction and Real Estate sector and 59th in the ranking of Guatemala’s 100 leading companies. It also placed 41st in Merco Responsabilidad ESG, which recognizes corporate responsibility in environmental, social and governance practices.

These results highlight the company's standing in the business community and its commitment to responsible practices as part of its corporate approach.

Two ÍNTEGRO Executives Recognized Among Guatemala’s Business Leaders

The recognition extended beyond the company itself, with two members of its leadership team included in Merco Líderes, the ranking of business figures with strong corporate reputations.

Jorge Mario Figueroa, CEO of ÍNTEGRO, ranked 43rd nationally and placed second among leaders in the construction and real estate industry.

Paola Quezada MacDonald, Sustainability and Institutional Relations Manager, ranked 68th nationally and fifth within the same industry.

Figueroa said the recognition reflects the team's daily efforts and its commitment to developing projects with a positive impact.

“This recognition makes us proud because it reflects the daily efforts of our entire team. Being among the companies with the best reputations in Guatemala shows us that the path we have chosen, focused on delivering well-executed projects with a positive impact and always keeping people in mind, is absolutely worthwhile,” he said.

Quezada MacDonald also highlighted the importance of the recognition as motivation to continue advancing the company's work.

“Being included in this ranking is an enormous joy, but it is also a motivation to keep opening new paths. At ÍNTEGRO, we believe that sustainability and staying close to people are the foundation for building trust over the long term,” she said.

How Merco Evaluates Corporate Reputation

Merco, or the Corporate Reputation Business Monitor, has assessed corporate reputation since 2000. Its methodology combines six different evaluations and draws on more than 20 sources of information.

The assessment examines perceptions among executives, experts and different stakeholder groups across Central America and the Caribbean.

This broad approach provides a framework for evaluating companies and business leaders based on the perspectives of multiple audiences, alongside the different dimensions included in the monitor's rankings.

ÍNTEGRO Reaffirms Its Commitment to Guatemala

ÍNTEGRO’s results across the corporate, sectoral, ESG and leadership rankings reinforce the company's focus on developing quality projects and maintaining responsible business practices.

The recognition of Figueroa and Quezada MacDonald also highlights the role of its leadership in building corporate reputation and promoting sustainability.

With these results, ÍNTEGRO reaffirms its commitment to innovation, quality project development and contributing to Guatemala’s growth and well-being.
