Mujeres BAC Launches III Women Entrepreneurs Meeting 2026 in Guatemala
Mujeres BAC and Guatemala’s Chamber of Commerce launch the III Women Entrepreneurs Meeting 2026, a nationwide training tour across seven departments.
Mujeres BAC and the Guatemala Chamber of Commerce have announced the launch of the III Women Entrepreneurs Meeting 2026, a training tour that will visit seven departments across the country under the theme “Women Building Competitive Businesses in the Digital Era: Sales, Digital Tools and Artificial Intelligence to Grow with Impact.”
The initiative aims to strengthen the commercial, digital and leadership capabilities of businesswomen and entrepreneurs through training sessions focused on sales, digital transformation and artificial intelligence. These topics will be integrated throughout the program, providing tools designed to address the demands of today's business environment.
A regional platform for women's business development
The program is part of Mujeres BAC, a regional platform focused on promoting women's economic autonomy, leadership and business development by creating access to training spaces and opportunities that support the growth of their businesses.
The tour will take place from August 18 to September 9, 2026, with activities scheduled in Retalhuleu, Quetzaltenango, Sololá, Cobán in Alta Verapaz, Puerto Barrios in Izabal, Zacapa and Guatemala City.
The organizers expect to bring together more than 1,050 businesswomen and entrepreneurs throughout the seven events.

Recognition for women leaders
In addition to conferences and learning spaces, each department will open a call to recognize three women leaders in the following categories:
- Leadership and Digital Transformation
- Leadership in Sales and Business Growth
- Innovative and Visionary Woman
Participation in the meetings will be free of charge and open to all interested women entrepreneurs and business owners.
The 2026 edition follows the program held in 2025, which brought together more than 1,315 women through different sessions held nationwide.
“We seek to bring tools closer to women that respond to the current challenges of the market, integrating capabilities in sales, digital transformation and artificial intelligence so that more businesswomen can grow in a sustainable and competitive way.” Juan Maldonado, Vice President of Institutional Relations and Corporate Government at BAC Guatemala
