Mazola Launches Its Eighth “A Month to Believe” Campaign in Guatemala
Mazola launches the eighth edition of “A Month to Believe” in Guatemala, supporting Amando-T and women facing breast cancer.
Mazola has launched the eighth edition of its “A Month to Believe” campaign in Guatemala, an initiative that has benefited more than 850 women and continues to support the work of the Amando-T Association in assisting patients facing breast cancer.
Turning everyday purchases into support
Through “A Month to Believe,” Mazola allocates a percentage of its sales to the Amando-T Association, transforming an everyday purchase into a contribution toward the services provided to women undergoing breast cancer treatment.
During September and October, consumers across Guatemala will be able to identify Mazola cooking oil with its Pink distinction in supermarkets, convenience stores and other points of sale nationwide.
For every purchase made as part of the campaign, Mazola will contribute a percentage of the sale to Amando-T. The initiative allows consumers to participate in supporting the organization's work while purchasing a product for everyday use.
Supporting women through Casa Amando-T
Since 2019, the Amando-T Association, with support from Mazola, has operated Casa Amando-T, a space designed to provide accommodation, food and emotional support to women who travel from different parts of Guatemala to the capital for oncology treatment.
Beyond providing a safe place to stay during treatment, the beneficiaries receive comprehensive support through programs involving specialists who promote their physical and emotional recovery.
The collaboration between Mazola and Amando-T has therefore extended beyond the campaign itself, supporting services for women who need to travel to Guatemala City while undergoing treatment for breast cancer.
A commitment shared with consumers
Gabriela Carbajal, Senior Corporate Affairs Manager at Dinant, highlighted the role consumers play through their participation in the campaign:
“Each purchase of Mazola Oil with the Pink distinction represents an opportunity to help the Amando-T Association continue providing its services to patients facing breast cancer.”
She added that the brand is joining this commitment so that, through its actions and together with consumers, it can contribute to the organization's work each year.

Mazola invites Guatemalan families to participate
With the eighth edition of “A Month to Believe,” Mazola reiterates its commitment to supporting efforts related to breast cancer and encourages Guatemalan families to take part in an initiative that seeks to raise awareness and contribute to people facing the disease.
Consumers can find the Pink Mazola products at points of sale throughout the country during September and October, with a percentage of each purchase going toward the Amando-T Association.
