GTC MUJER continues to strengthen its presence in Guatemala by evolving into a community designed to support women through financial education, leadership development, networking opportunities, and practical tools that promote personal and professional growth.

Since its launch in 2023, the initiative created by Banco G&T Continental has expanded beyond traditional financial products to build a broader ecosystem focused on empowering women at different stages of their lives and careers.

A Community Focused on More Than Financial Products

Initially conceived as a program centered on financial solutions, GTC Mujer now integrates educational content, continuous training, networking spaces, and visibility opportunities aimed at helping women make informed decisions while strengthening their autonomy.

GTC Mujer has evolved to respond to what women are looking for today: not only financial services, but also access to knowledge, practical tools, and a community that encourages them to grow with confidence and independence. We want to support them in making informed decisions and building their own path,” said Francine Lambour, Director of Women’s Banking at Banco G&T Continental.

The program currently offers a portfolio specifically designed for women, including savings accounts, credit cards with differentiated benefits, insurance products, and financing solutions for SMEs. However, its broader value proposition lies in the integration of educational initiatives, leadership training, events, and community-building experiences.

GTC Mujer Surpasses 2.5 Million Women Reached in Guatemala

The evolution of the program has translated into steady growth. Since its creation, GTC Mujer has impacted more than 2.5 million women across Guatemala. By the end of 2025, the initiative’s client portfolio had surpassed 480,000 women, reflecting stronger engagement and participation within the ecosystem.

Community-building has become one of the key pillars of the initiative, creating spaces that encourage learning, inspiration, and new opportunities. This approach aligns with the expectations of women seeking more dynamic, relatable, and lifestyle-oriented experiences.

As part of this new phase, GTC Mujer is strengthening its presence on Instagram, positioning the platform as its main communication and engagement channel.
