Dos Pinos Highlights 2025 Sustainability Progress Across the Region

Dos Pinos presented its latest Sustainability Report, outlining the progress achieved during 2025 across its economic, social, environmental and governance initiatives, including advances in employee well-being, diversity and inclusion, economic development and resource efficiency.

Social progress through employee well-being

Through its internal program, Growing Together, Dos Pinos reduced the number of employees living in multidimensional poverty across the region by 20.3%. This result forms part of the social pillar of the company's sustainability strategy and its efforts to support the well-being of its workforce.

In Guatemala, Dos Pinos conducted the program's second survey during the same period, continuing initiatives focused on the comprehensive well-being of employees and their families.

The company also continued strengthening its diversity and inclusion culture. Its Guatemalan operation currently employs 339 people, with women representing 22% of the workforce and holding 21% of management positions.

As part of this progress in Guatemala, a woman now holds the position of plant supervisor, a role that had historically been occupied exclusively by men.

This development reflects the company's commitment to talent development and to creating opportunities for more women to take on positions that have traditionally been male-dominated.

Economic development that supports the region

During 2025, Dos Pinos generated more than US$1.324 billion in direct economic value, reflecting the scale of its contribution to economic activity and development throughout the region.

Advancing water, energy and material efficiency

Dos Pinos' operation in Guatemala also achieved measurable environmental progress. The company concentrated its efforts on improving water, energy and material efficiency through the combination of technology, process optimization and an internal culture focused on the responsible use of resources.
