CEO Women Summit 2026 will bring together influential women executives from across Latin America to explore how purpose-driven leadership, strategic well-being, artificial intelligence, and innovation are shaping the future of business.

The seventh edition of the forum, organized by Grupo Valor in collaboration with Global Bank, will take place on July 9 at The Santa María, a Luxury Collection Hotel & Golf Resort in Panama City.

Guatemala Strengthens Its Presence Through Women Leaders

Guatemala will have a prominent role at this year's summit through a delegation of executives whose careers reflect the country's growing influence in business leadership.

Among the speakers are Ana Luisa Martínez-Montt, Legal Director and member of the Executive Committee at IDC Network; Irene Asturias, Director of IDC Advisory; and Yole Di Nardo, Human Resources Manager at Productos Maravilla.

Their participation highlights the evolution of Guatemalan leadership and aligns with the central theme of this year's event: "Leadership with Purpose: Well-being as the New Indicator of Success."

The summit aims to showcase how female executives are driving organizational transformation while promoting innovation, resilience, and sustainable growth.

A Forum Focused on the Future of Leadership

Throughout the event, participants will discuss topics that have become increasingly relevant for senior executives across the region.

The agenda includes conversations on:

  • Well-being as a strategic business variable.
  • Leadership during periods of transformation.
  • Responsible adoption of artificial intelligence.
  • Organizational mental health.
  • Building high-performance workplace cultures.

Each session has been designed to provide practical insights, real-world experiences, and actionable strategies for executive leadership teams.

In addition to the conference program, attendees will participate in networking sessions intended to strengthen regional partnerships among executives from Central America, Colombia, and other Latin American countries.

Guatemala's Leadership Continues to Gain Regional Recognition

According to the organizers, Guatemala has become an important regional example of how women leaders are helping businesses innovate, adapt to changing market conditions, and create long-term value.

Many Guatemalan executives have developed the ability to lead transformation despite resource constraints, demonstrating resilience and adaptability while generating positive impact within their organizations and communities.

Their growing participation in regional forums reflects the increasingly significant role women play in building more competitive and future-ready companies across Latin America.

Building a Regional Community of Women Executives

For the past seven years, Grupo Valor has positioned CEO Women Summit as a platform that promotes collaboration, knowledge sharing, and sustainable growth opportunities for women executives throughout the region.

Beyond the annual conference, the initiative seeks to strengthen a regional ecosystem where female leadership contributes to economic development, business innovation, and social impact.

This year's edition will feature leaders from multiple industries, including:

Leadership Diversity as a Business Strategy

The organizers emphasize that promoting female leadership has evolved beyond diversity initiatives to become a competitive business strategy.

Luz del Carmen Arias, Director of CEO Women Summit, said that female leadership should now be viewed through the lens of business performance rather than inclusion alone.

"Female leadership is no longer simply a conversation about inclusion. It is a conversation about competitiveness, growth, and value creation. When more women participate in decision-making, organizations become more innovative, resilient, and better prepared to face future challenges."

Fabricio Guerrero, Founder of Grupo Valor, highlighted the multiplier effect of empowering women leaders.

"When a woman leader grows, she transforms an organization. When she helps other women grow, she strengthens an ecosystem capable of generating economic development, innovation, and opportunities for an entire region."

Grupo Valor CEO Ricardo Correa noted that future business success will increasingly depend on balancing financial performance with purpose.

"The most successful companies of the future will not simply be the most profitable, but those capable of aligning growth, impact, and purpose. Authentic leadership emerges from the conviction to achieve extraordinary results while positively transforming people's lives."

Meanwhile, María Andrea Miranda, Partner at Grupo Valor, emphasized the long-term value of the relationships built during the event.

"The connections created at CEO Women Summit extend well beyond the event itself. They become relationships that generate opportunities, inspire initiatives, and strengthen a network of women leaders committed to transforming businesses, communities, and future generations."

CEO Women Summit by the Numbers

The event has continued to expand its regional reach since its launch.

Key figures from the summit include:

  • More than 772 attendees.
  • 35 panelists.
  • Six previous editions successfully held.
  • More than 45 sponsors supporting the initiative.

Through its seventh edition, CEO Women Summit continues to position itself as a regional platform that connects women executives, encourages collaboration across Latin America, and promotes leadership models centered on innovation, purpose, and sustainable business growth.
