Banco Industrial Hosts “Empresarias por Guate” to Empower Women Entrepreneurs

Empresarias por Guate brought together women leaders and entrepreneurs in a space organized by Banco Industrial to promote opportunities, knowledge and connections that contribute to the development of their businesses and the country’s economy.

The event was designed for women who have pursued their entrepreneurial dreams, providing them with tools, experiences and knowledge aimed at strengthening their decision-making and supporting the growth of their businesses.

A space focused on knowledge and business development

Throughout the event, participants took part in presentations addressing topics related to the business and economic environment in Guatemala.

The program also included the participation of women entrepreneurs who shared their experiences and testimonies about how, with the support of Banco Industrial, they were able to work toward and achieve their financial goals.

Through these experiences, the event created a space for participants to gain knowledge while learning from the journeys of other women in the business sector.

Networking to create new opportunities

One of the main objectives of “Empresarias por Guate” was to encourage connections among women business leaders.

The event concluded with a networking session, giving participants the opportunity to establish relationships, exchange ideas and explore potential strategic alliances that could translate into new opportunities for their companies.

This space complemented the presentations and experiences shared throughout the event by encouraging direct connections among the participating entrepreneurs.

“With Empresarias por Guate, we seek to accompany women who, through their leadership and vision, generate opportunities and contribute to strengthening the country’s business fabric,” said José Figueroa, Deputy Manager of Business Banking at Banco Industrial.
