Under the concept “Incaparina Galleta, for nutritious lunchboxes,” the brand is entering a new category with a product that combines convenience, flavor and nutrition in a format designed for today’s lifestyles.
Incaparina Galleta arrives in neighborhood stores nationwide
Guatemalans can now find Incaparina Galleta at neighborhood stores nationwide. The product is initially available in butter flavor, in an individual presentation containing four cookies weighing 27 grams, with a suggested price of Q2.
Starting in October, the product will also be available at supermarkets in school-pack presentations.
“With Incaparina Galleta, we want the nutrition and trust that have accompanied generations to now also be part of daily lunchboxes in a practical and convenient way,” said Edgar Rosal, Incaparina Brand Manager.

The development of Incaparina Galleta followed Castillo Hermanos’ quality standards, maintaining the brand’s longstanding commitment to nutrition and innovation.
Each serving of Incaparina Galleta provides four grams of protein and contains 2.5 grams of sugar, while also being low in sodium and providing a source of fiber, vitamins and minerals with rapid absorption.
“The nutritional quality of Incaparina Galleta is the same as having a cup of our atol, and this new proposal helps us strengthen our connection with Guatemalan families,” said Lucky Portillo, nutritionist at Castillo Hermanos.
