INTEGRO launches Reserva Valere: a sustainable lifestyle community in Guatemala

Guatemalan developer INTEGRO has officially launched Reserva Valere, a visionary residential project located in Santa Lucía Cotzumalguapa, Escuintla. Designed to elevate quality of life in the region, the development is part of Nueva Santa Lucía, the most ambitious urban macroproject in southern Guatemala, spanning over 1.6 million square meters.

Reserva Valere offers a fully integrated living experience, with direct access to retail, hospitality, and entertainment hubs such as Santalú Mall, Smart Hotel Santalú, and event venues, all within a 10 minute radius. The project aims to decentralize urban growth and stimulate economic development in the interior of the country.

Design, sustainability, and community

The residential complex will feature 418 homes ranging from 100 to 147 m², priced between Q868,600 and Q1,098,200, with first deliveries expected in August 2026. Homes are designed with natural lighting, cross ventilation, and contemporary aesthetics that blend functionality and elegance.

Amenities include:

  • International-level clubhouse
  • Family pool with three depths
  • Gym and coworking spaces
  • Tree-lined walking trails and bike paths
  • Playgrounds, BBQ areas, and green zones

Reserva Valere is currently undergoing EDGE certification (Excellence in Design for Greater Efficiencies), granted by the IFC World Bank Group, ensuring at least 20% savings in energy, water, and construction materials.

Economic and social impact

During its construction phase, the project is expected to generate over 4,000 direct jobs, positioning Santa Lucía Cotzumalguapa as a new strategic urban hub. Backed by the Instituto de Fomento de Hipotecas Aseguradas (FHA), it offers financial security for families seeking long-term investment.

“We’re not just building homes, we’re building the future. Reserva Valere is our way of honoring hardworking Guatemalan families with a sustainable, elegant, and purpose driven lifestyle,” said Pablo José Lima, Director of INTEGRO Residential.

INTEGRO is the first developer in Central America and the Caribbean to be recognized as an EDGE Champion, and the first in Guatemala to publish sustainability reports under GRI standards. With Reserva Valere, the company reaffirms its leadership in purpose-driven development and its commitment to creating transformative housing solutions.
